  • 7 Locking Arrangement Each plate of the BP Morcha has a convenient locking arrangement for assembling & dismantling.
  • 8 Port Shutter Replacement Port shutter can be replaced in case it gets damaged due to bullet hit.
  • 9 BP Morcha Colour Colour of the Bullet Proof Morcha as per end user requirement.
  • 10 Coverage Shall provide coverage from three directions i.e. front, left and right.
  • 11 Ballistic Test Report of Armour Steel Armour steel to be tested and certified from TBRL, Chandigarh. Ballistic test report in this regard to be submitted.
  • 12 BP Morcha Identification Traceability and Requirement of BP Steel Each BP Morcha shall have an individual serial number (reflected through marking/stencil on Morcha) and will be offered for inspection with vendor's inspection certificate for verification against user QR's. Each BP Morcha must be traceable to individual BP Steel sheets it is made from with Make/Grade/Heat Lot/Plate ID of BP steel to be reflected in each Morcha certificate, and supported by Mill Test Certificate (MTC) of all BP Plate/Plates used for Morcha fabrication. Any Morcha, not conforming to the QR's and for which material traceability cannot be verified, will be rejected.
  • 13 Warranty Warranty for one year to be provided for workmanship.
