Jindal Defence has 5 specialised laser bed set-ups. With a vast experience in this field, our skilled laser technicians can produce the highest quality of workmanship. Each of our machines is monitored by Statistical Process Control (SPC) which enables us to efficiently produce components whilst closely controlling quality.

We have expertise in rapid fixture design for production of prototype/limited batch production of armour hulls. Our experience in welding high strength materials and our unique techniques for distortion management result in high dimensional accuracy of the final armoured hull.
Jindal Defence is equipped with a shot and sand blasting facility and two large paint booths with quality of paint exceeding automotive requirements. The armoured parts are provided with anti-rust weldable primer and the armoured capsules can be delivered fully painted.
